Welcome to Sky Technologies Ltd.. By accessing or using our services, website, or software deliverables, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Agreements
All custom software development, cloud infrastructure management, and IT consulting services are governed by explicit Statements of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of project invoices, all custom software source code, design assets, and intellectual property developed by Sky Technologies Ltd. for the client transfer entirely to the client.
